The House That Brothers Built

The Arkansas Zeta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon at UCA built the first fraternity house in campus history way back in 1989. Since that year, we have been the only continuously housed fraternity at UCA. The past summer, the SigEp chapter house underwent a major renovation so that we continue to be UCA’s premier fraternity house.

We are UCA’s only locally owned and operated fraternity house. Sleeping over 30 men in 15 rooms with suite-style bathrooms, kitchen, formal living room, brotherhood room, and chapter room that cover 8,326 square feet, we are also the largest.

Thank you to all of the donors who generously gave to make this project possible.
